Dear Ralph:

(1) Many thanks for your msg (ATTACHMENT I below) in response to Reference
(a) above.

I am quite privileged and honored to receive a wonderful letter of support
(ATTACHMENT II below) with kind words for our GEWS project from such a world
renowned authority of computer simulation as you are.

> I have sent it to the Japan Foundation this morning ‹ its guideline says that
> they can accept those letters for one week after its deadline on December 1,
> 2010.

(2) Your motto is ³Computer Simulation is FUN!!²  I completely agree with
you on it, and our task is to inherit its joy to our next generation
youngsters ‹ Chinese proverb says ³Sharing joy is the ultimate joy!²

(3) I look forward to chat our ³good old days² of having initiated computer
simulation field in 1960s and 70s, with you at our planning workshop here in
NYC next August, -- for which organization we submitted our grant
application to the Japan Foundation.
