Referring to our recent phone conversation, I would suggest the followings
as your next steps.

(2) Looking into the future development of your project, you would need to
have professional organizations to assist your daily operations in your
first targeted localities of Altai and Gorno Altai in Siberia, e.g., medical
school of Altai State University for the former and the same of Gorno Altai
State University for the latter, and any other similar ones in those areas.

Pls discuss this matter with Alexander so that they would be participating
in your project under the auspices of Alexander’s school in Novosibirsk.  If
necessary, you may also ask Igor’s help for his introduction to those
schools — according to him, Gorno Altai State University has a sister school
relation with his one.

Pls also visit about his Global E-Learning project in Section IV-2 in the
narrative text and Annex 2 of the following report of our trip;

(3) For example, when they could have broadband wireless Internet,
professional cadre from those institutions may be able to visit patients
with wireless inexpensive laptop to provide daily care on the following;

(4) You and Alexander may need to hold a planning workshop with those people
mentioned above and others to configure those activities — hopefully in the
coming spring to fall.

> provide you with conference rooms for the workshop.  He has already indicated
> his strong support to our project.

Pls adjust its timing with Igor who is now considering to hold a similar
workshop for his e-learning project, so that I can save my trip.
