Tak,
I took the liberty of reviewing the machine translation and
modifying it to my best understanding of english, emphasizing
the faithfulness of the meaning more than the mere translation
of words and phrases.
Hope it helps,

Dear Mr. Utsumi:
=20
Yesterday afternoon I attended to your very interesting
lecture at the Universidad Veracruzana. I firmly believe that
your beautiful project will give successful fruits. I feel
myself honored with the opportunity to listen your speech. I
also believe that your personal way to see the world and your
project seems incredible, may many decision-makers had your
human nature and values to undertake projects of this, or
maybe different nature.
=20
I was filled of sadness with the attitude of the other
lecturers about the Global University project, and I believe
that many people lack much of the needed faith and positive
attitude about this project. There are many places in Mexico
where the information does not get to, as there are no
libraries or books where students and teachers can go and
read, besides of the lack of infrastructure and computers to
have access to the Internet. This is a serious problem because
I am sure (without having firm figures) that there are many
persons who are avid of information and lack access to it, and
they cannot go elsewhere to obtain the information they need.
=20
I work in the library at the Institute of Ecology, A.C. and
sometimes there arrive students and teachers from different
places, not only from elsewhere in the country, but also from
the very state of Veracruz asking for basic information, as in
the places where they work there is absolutely nothing; there
is a teacher from Puebla that comes very often for
bibliography as in the higher school where he teaches there
are no books!
=20
I would like to know if it would be possible to obtain one of
your books as a donation for the library where I work; it will
be (I am sure) very will often read by the researchers, post
degree students and other users.
=20
Affectionately,
