This is because I heard from Mr. Chikaraishi of JICA last year that they
also have a similar fund with a similar name.
(3) I understand that the upper limit of the Grass Root Fund is Y10,000,000
(approx. US$83,000 at Y120/$).
What is the upper limit of the =E2=80=9CCommunity Project Assistance=E2=80=9D Fund?
(4) If you have a guideline of this =E2=80=9CCommunity Project Assistance=E2=80=9D Fund=
(as
similar to the GRF for Nigeria and Pakistan, pls send it to me at your
earliest convenience.
