Very glad to receive your msg again after long absence -- Shahab was
previously wondering where you disappeared!!

(2) Thanks also for the photos which you took while you kindly  invited me
to your University of Guelph in the spring of 2000.  I received them today =
=8B
its envelop was post-marked on 7/22nd, so that it took almost two weeks to
get here from Ottawa by an ordinary surface mail!!

(3) I browsed through your =B3Major ICT Knowledge For Development Initiatives
Which Impact Africa: An Overview of The Current Status=B2 with great interest=
.

This is an excellent summary of the ICT activities in Africa.  My sincere
congratulations to you!!
