(8) I was very delighted and admired their enthusiastic patriotism for
nation building =8B particularly with their strong interest on the use of
Internet for e-learning and e-healthcare.
I proposed them to build a global e-learning center for Africa, as followin=

the suit of our Amazon project, so that their youngsters can take their
preferred courses available from various countries via broadband Internet,
even while they are in remote/rural areas of Nigeria.
I also noted them of their very strong advantage of English speaking
(compared with Japanese) so that they can build educational software
(without requiring any hard resources, but only brain with imagination and
creativity) so that they could export the software around the world =8B and
even teaching e-learners around the world from Nigeria.

Pls meet with him to discuss of your suggestion to work together by your
planned coalition of universities in northern part of Nigeria and that of
southern part.
