Mr. Koichiro Matsuura, the Director-General of the UNESCO and Professor
Jorma Sipila, the Rector of your University of Tampere, which agreement is
concerning the establishment of a UNESCO Chair in global e-learning with
applications to multiple domains at the University of Tampere, Finland.
