Caribbean Symposium on Education, Science and Culture in the Information
Society (SimpLAC 2002), Havana, Cuba, 18 to 21 Feburary, 2002."

The slide titled "Three Steps" in them also tells you what we suggest our
colleagues in developing countries for proceeding our joint project.

(5) The community development network with the use of broadband wireless
Internet of our Amazon project may well suit to your multimedia e-learning
and e-healthcare projects.

A Mexican recently indicated me his desire to follow the suit of our Amazon
project.
