non- and profit organizations to have global E-Rate.=A0 Joint contents
development, teacher and general-public training for digital literacy will
also be discussed for poverty and isolation reductions. The resultant

but it has been postponed.
For his attempt, I suggested him to get the Grass Root Fund from the Japan
Embassy, but I haven=B9t heard about his results on this matter yet.
You may contact Kola so that my trip can be for your and his purposes.
