(c) During my stay in Taipei, David Payne requested me and David
Levy of McGill University in Montreal to join in his Canadian
Mission Team to explore marketing of educational contents in
Taipei.
In relation with our talks with Chunghwa Telecom and Vice
President of Taiwan during our stay in Taipei, this trip may
develop to establish a GUS in Taiwan region, including mainland
China across Taiwan Strait and the Philippines. There is
already a satellite which one transponder may be usable for our
project -- in a sense of our GSTF project.
