[FPSPACE] Happy Cosmonaut Day

To one and all, on the 51st anniversary of Yuri Gagarin's mission-which,
without it happening, there probably wouldn't have been project Apollo.

 

I wonder this, though.

 

During the USSR era, every April 12 stamps were issued for this day.  Is
this tradition continuing today?  Does the Russian Federation regularly
issue new space stamps when April 12 comes around?

 

Or inform if it doesn't do that.

 

If someone can speak to that, please hold forth.
