[FPSPACE] Unha-3 launch postponed due to weather (?)

MSNBC quotes Kyodo news (Japan) with a report that Unha-3 was not launched today due to bad weather.
This makes me wonder: Just what sort of weather do they want, and how likely are they to get it?
It's possibly cloudy, which could make optical observations difficult, but it it possible that it will remain cloudy for some time.
It's also possible that the launch was postponed for other reasons, technical or otherwise.
Any theories?
