[FPSPACE] new russian first

The launch is at 14.24 hrs MSK(is that local time?) and on the site of  
roscosmos.ru is a direct feed where you can watch the launch.
And Luc about your comment i also dont understand so if Gallileo is  
launched on a soyuz in Baikonur it is a Starsem launch, now it is the  
same but in Kourou and suddenly it is Arianespace.
