[FPSPACE] Milkus' article in Mosk. Pravda, from 2002...response to Igor Lissov's comment

Hi everyone,

Peter, you are wrong.

Milkus article under question is an overview of "Star Man" book and thus 
can not be a reprint of 2002 article. Milkus might use some of his 2002 
text as part of the 2011 article when it comes to the actual historical 
stuff, but the text is adopted and includes much enough references to 
the Byzony book to be considered a new one. By the way, there is a 
reference to Byzoni book even in the Russian excerpt JimO posted here.
