This just came at 14:19 Korean time, less than 3 hours before the designated launch time.

Most peculiar. I wonder what's really going on.

Will keep posting to FPS as things evolve. I know many of you in other timezones are asleep right now, so this will serve as a record of what happened. There doesn't seem to be a live countdown report on any space web sites.
