I am not sure if this is official, but by all accounts, NPO Lavochkin has a
new management team. Many observers in Russia note with great satisfaction
that the new head of the organization has a doctorate degree in engineering
instead of a general?s rank. I thought it was quite appropriate to put a
note about this on the Phobos-Grunt page :)
