Chinese reports suggest a wide-area 'UFO sighting' in Sinkiang, China,

About 8 PM local on January 11. Some accounts describe two glowing rings colliding.

Do we have any better info on the time of the Chinese ABM test that day, and its location?

 

Is this a repeat of the Dec 9 "Norway spiral UFO" flap that was sparked by the

Russia Bulava SLBM launch from the White Sea?
