[FPSPACE] Soyuz-1 to fly with Moon Race-era engines

As I understand, they plan to start using old engines, but also resume
production later, especially if Soyuz-2-3 follows Soyuz-1, which is not
impossible, giving potential commercial missions from Kourou.
