[FPSPACE] question...about Soviet satellites

Here's a question for the assembled.

 

During the years 1961 or 1962,  were there any Soviet launched satellites
that exploded/ruptured in Earth orbit?  Not talking about launch failures
here.

 

If anyone knows, please let me know.
