Yes , its a Russian book .
You find it in the bigger bookstores in Moscow , but I bought it in  
the editorial office of Novosti Kosmonavtika. Igor Afanashev is one of  
its editors. So I have a signed copy
Vadim Lukashevich is the autor of the famous Buran website  buran.ru

  only 1500 kopies
