[FPSPACE] First Chinese launch

Hi!

That's a good question Geoff. The only mention that I have found about this launch failure was on the Mark Wade's Encyclopedia Astronautica (http://www.astronautix.com/chrono/19694.htm). The book "China's Space Program - From Conception to Manned Spaceflight", by Brain Harvey, does not mention this launch.
