[FPSPACE] Exact times of announcements of early Vostok missions

According to several sources that I've got, there was a Tass broadcast
starting at 0659 or 0700 UT, while Gagarin was over the Pacific. In
addition, it was later revealed that the TV broadcasts from Vostok showing
Gagarin's face were intercepted by US agencies.
