[FPSPACE] Exact times of announcements of early Vostok missions

That's true. I've mentioned before that based on early hints, I may be 
the only person to stay up late that night to hear the first reports of 
his launch. It came about an hour into the flight. 1am EST? I followed 
flight reports till about 5am when successful  recovery was announced. I 
only went to bed after I knew he was safe, then got up a few hours later 
to keep up with the news.
