[FPSPACE] Moving the missle

Donga.com suggests the latest NK TD-2 will eventually be moved to the new West coast launch site at Tongchang-ri.

Is this new base ready for launches? 

However, it's still apparently going to Musudan-ri first. Is this for some sort of payload integration or testing? 

The movements (literally) are becoming strange.
