[FPSPACE] Future course of spaceflight

Hello Donald - 

In your opinion the goals should be: 
"To seek life in space and to protect life on Earth." In my opinion they may be set this way:
"To protect and enhance life on Earth." 

With certainty by other nations now and 
perhaps by the US in the future. 

NASA is forbidden from SETI by direct legislation, 
even though it seeks to circumvent that order by 
various fictions. As far as life on Mars goes, 
the main interest is determining whether there is
a back contamination problem.
