[FPSPACE] Japanese report on NK missile launch

The report summary is inconclusive in some parts, and open to question in others. But it probably shows the way they are thinking. No mention is made of any salvage operations, but there's mention of the need to avoid disclosing "intelligence-gathering capabilities". This is somewhat ambiguous, and probably refers to sigint and sensors. There's also no mention of a satellite, or any dismissal of this.

BTW, if Charles Bolden has his coronation soon, we might see some progress on the bigger picture at NASA.
