[FPSPACE] ISS gains altitude today -- uh, how?

Huh?

This happens during shuttle docked ops with thruster cross-coupling (attitude burns also impart small translational forces), or deliberate thrusting -- but a day after a Soyuz docking? Was there some propulsive event I haven't heard of?
