Hi Phil -
CZ 2h use? You have to break out the capacities of the Chinese sat production lines, and then any increases in
performance and/or lifetimes for the various classes, along with any improvement in their production. See Mark Wade's Chinese program chart.
We're talking here about China providing free com sats, free weather sats, free earth image/water/crop/mineral survey sats, free earthquake detection sats, free ocean sats, etc. for many developing countries, in addition to those sats for China's own use.
What this means to other space service providers is one of those questions. Like I said, I would not be surprised to see the Department of Commerce analysts performance being carefully reviewed by President Obama's team.
Very very few analysts appear to have considered that one of the most resource bound countries on Earth would be greatly interested in developing space resources.
