[FPSPACE] NK on the pad

Dear fellow spaceflight fans,

  Please let's not get our knickers into a knot with political
acrimony! Just call the NK machine a: 

missile
projectile
rocket
space launcher
thingummy

as you prefer. I think that the only "political" topic that is not
off-topic here is this:

1. The North Korean attempts to launch a satellite appear to have
precipitated South Korean plans to also start a space programme.

2. Within the lifetimes of FPSPACE members, in chronological order,
Vietnam, Yemen, and Germany have re-united.
It will not be surprising if, within one or two decades, South Korea
(60 million) absorbs a post-Kim North Korea (20 million).

3. When that happens, their two space programmes will merge personnel
and resources, creating one more viable space programme.
