[FPSPACE] Kwangmyongsong 2 capabilities

Ignoring the noise made by the parrot who swallowed a clock* .............

If the launch of Kwangmyongsong 2 is successful, I wonder what it will be capable of.   It is being described as a "communications satellite" bvut to be honest I would be very surprised if it is capable of receiving and then re-transmitting messages.   My guess is that it will merrily play the patriotic top ten and maybe have the odd inspirational speech from the present leadership.   But not very much beyond that.

Still, everyone starts somewhere.
