[FPSPACE] India buys Israeli spysat

It's an extraordinary compliment to Israel's electrronics industry
that it is ahead of India on making this sort of machinery.
Only months ago India sold its first launch to an Israeli spysat - now
it buys one of them for itself.
As a lay person. I had thought that "see through clouds" must mean
radar, as opposed to IR or light amplification for light imaging. Am I
correct? - Keith
