[FPSPACE] NK satellite launch will take place in early April (4th through the 8th)

The latitude and longitude of the risk areas will be useful in doing pre-launch analysis of the intended orbit and determining observing opportunities for satellite watchers. IMO (and ICAO) adepts please keep an eye out for the notices and post them here when they appear.
