Here in the UK we are waking to headlines that NK is on full alert in prep 
for their satellite launch and warning that any attempt to shoot it down 
will be seen as an act of war.
Apparently/allegedly  there is a large operation involving SK and US troops 
near to the border which is being seen as a threat to the launch.
