[FPSPACE] Megacommunity for space exploration?

Hello - 

 

A megacommunity will be set up for dealing with the impact hazard, as both the nature of the hazard and the methods for dealing with it require it.

 

How that will happen and when are not clear, but the restraints imposed by these two aspects of it pretty much limit solutions to those involving international cooperation.
