[FPSPACE] Return to Luna anthology and Apollo 11 anniversary event at Cornell

Recently Hadley-Rille books has published an anthology called "Return to Luna" that contains science fiction takes on the not-so-far future of the Moon and how humans will be using it. The National Space Society (NSS) was also involved in the promotion of the book.
