Can anyone provide a clue on how to get an electronic copy of this report:

Setting priorities for space research: an experiment in methodology / Task
Group on Priorities in Space Research, Space Studies Board, Commission on
Physical Sciences, Mathematics, and Applications, National Research Council,
1995.

It is announced at the NAP web site at
http://www.nap.edu/catalog.php?record_id=11145 , but the link to the text is
broken, and I failed trying to find the downloadable version. Maybe someone
had already downloaded it before - I assume it is free distributable for
non-commercial purposes?
