Greetings everyone.

The latest issue of Space Chronicle, issued by the BIS, is now out.

One of the articles contained therein is a piece authored by me. I should
say here it would have even had more impact--that it currently now has--had
the CIA not been fighting the ISCAP committee down in DC in providing the
committee (working in the name of President Obama) three Vostok reports that
I had uncovered that the ISCAP committee rightfully should have already been
evaluating (but are/have not, due to the CIA not providing the materials,
through bureaucratic delay tactics). One of those documents involved in
this tug-of-war is about on-the-pad telemetry from the Vostok 4 and 5
missions, if memory serves.

An additional comment.

Due to space availability constraints, the piece has been split into 2
parts, with the second part coming in the next issue, due out subsequently.
Both parts have side bar articles. It was submitted as one complete
article, so both parts are currently extant.

Some particulars of Part 1, including title, as well as the section
headings.
