[FPSPACE] September Soyuz seat...

That's quite interesting : with two former backups awaiting their turn (Halik and Dyson) the seat is going to a newby? That guy must a) be quite fluent in Russian already and b) capable of stuffing a year's cosmonaut training into less than four months. If it's true I'm truly impressed. And surprised....
