[FPSPACE] 500th person in space?

The list of 500 includes the STS-51L crew members who flew to space
before that ill-fated mission but does not include the first time
fliers. The count is all individuals who have flown above 62 miles
(100 km), including the two SpaceShipOne pilots and Joe Walker who
flew above that altitude in the X-15.
