[FPSPACE] 15 years since FPSPACE started!

   And a disproportionate benefit is gained by FPSPACErs in third world
countries, where space coverage by the press is minimal. We were before
FPSPACE only on a monthly ration of Spapceflight, & Sky & Telescope.
Plus every two months the Planetary Report. Even in the internet age,
those of us with not bandwidth, but bandnarrowth, can make only limtied
use of websites, due to the tediousness of waiting at best, and the 
frequent "time out" & "cannot display this webpage" at worst.

   Those in proxiity should give Jennifer a celebratory dinner out!
