There's just this one news story quoting a politician, so there's probably a major garble factor operating here --
but is there anything serious behind the claim, or is it only 'old bolshevik' accusations against the Putin regime?
Whoever owns these factories, their reliable operation and output is critical to the near future of US space operations.

Сперва на месяц, но с возможным продлением на неопределенный срок. РКК «Энергия» (ранее Особое конструкторское бюро-1, Центральное конструкторское бюро экспериментального машиностроения и Научно-производственное объединение «Энергия») с момента возникновения является центром отечественного ракетостроения. Именно здесь были разработаны ракеты, поднявшие в космос первый искусственный спутник и первого космонавта. После организованного Путиным и Медведевым погрома основных научных центров российского ракетостроения, налицо очередной шаг к полной его ликвидации.
