Thanks, David. That last image is probably the best shot I've seen of
the docking antenna and attitude control systems. I'm sure several people
will be looking real hard at them - that is beyond me now.
But it kind of makes you wonder how easy it would be to dock a Soyuz with
Tiangong, and what Space Adventures and/or Russia will be up to then.
I guess that perhaps now a days there are Chinese multi-millionaires with
a hankering for the ultimate excursion. Who could have imagined that
several years ago? It will be interesting to watch how it plays out in the
years ahead/next decade/after 2015.
This back and forth about Tiangong and some of the other items here reminds me of the old old joke from the 1970's about writers for Jane's: "You mean I can write about Iraqi half track vehicles and get paid for it too?'
