[FPSPACE] Russia Wants No More ISS Tourists After 2009

IMHO, Russians might aim to develop the ACTS spacecraft within a timeframe of the alleged Chinese moon shot, however chances of doing any manned lunar mission in 2010 are virtual "zero," especially under those "commercial" ventures.
