[FPSPACE] US military inspection satellites in GEO "Mitex"

I remember some discussions with some retired military persons that such
satellites existed at least as far back as the 1980s in the US inventory.
Ones with the capability of inspecting other satellites at close range, but
perhaps at lower altitudes than GEO.

 

Now we have this article about the "Mitex" spacecraft.
