Dear Jens

  The Federal Emergency Management Agency are those who predicted
forthe USA prior to 2001 that 
1. The most likely catastrophe will be a terrorist spectacular in
Manhattan;
2. The 3rd most likely catastrophe will be flooding in New Orleans.

  The then USG slashed their budget by (talking from memory) around
4/5th, so they could do nothing.

 Their prediction for 2nd most likely catastrophe is an earthquake
under LA worse than that which hit SF in 1906 when the young Chesley
Bonstell lived there.

Let us see if the incoming USG restores their budget.
