Yea! "Crisis free" as long as you forget annual loss of the workhorse Proton booster with a multibillion-dollar commercial payloads, a virtual destruction of a foreign satellite during pre-launch preparation and deteriorating launch processing infrastructure in Baikonur among other things :)
