I see that the KCNA reports that the satellite will be Kwangmyongsong-2
on board the Unha-2 launch vehicle.
 There's been a lot of confusion about NK launch vehicles; it is 
my understanding that 'Tae'po-dong' is a US intelligence nomenclature
(based on the town near the launch site) and not (as is often misstated)
a North Korean official name for their rocket. I conclude it is likely
that Unha-1 was the actual name of the rocket on the earlier launch
failure.
