I am getting postings now and I have heard from others who are receiving 
the digest form, so it looks like we are "back on the air".  If anyone

Dave,
I've had some power and internet-service issues here during the past week -
somehow, resulting from a crash (I believe), the spam filtering service 
began blocking all email transmissions.  I turned it off this morning 
(i.e., 
spam filtering) and mail seems to be flowing again - so I hope you've 
seen list
messages going out (?).  Thanks,
