[FPSPACE] NITs RKP anniversary

Russia's NITs RKP test center, former NIIKhimmash, marked the 60th
anniversary of the first live rocket engine firing on Dec. 18, 1949. This
year, the same organization conducted critical tests of the Angara's first
stage and in the next decade, it is expected to do the same with the
next-generation Rus-M rocket. I visited the site in 2002 and recently
unearthed few photos from that trip:
