Along those lines, I note that the AN/FPS-129/HAVE STARE/GLOBUS II X-band imaging radar at Vardø was designed to collect exactly that kind of intelligence. It would be surprising if the Bulava launch weren't being scrutinized by that and perhaps other radars.
